BUSINESS OVERVIEW
TARGET HOMES WA (THWA) is a construction company found, licensed and operated in the first quarter of 2016 and plans to expand to become a leading provider of residential housing construction and renovation services in Western Australia. The company’s overall strategy will be based on a continuing improvement process of setting objectives, measuring results, and providing feedback to facilitate further growth and progress.
THWA Company’s management is highly experienced and qualified: the three partners and corporate directors who will lead the management team have all accumulated over forty years of experience in the construction industry.
Through their years of experience, THWA’s owners have developed sophisticated bidding, scheduling and materials solutions for some of the most complex construction projects being done today. The company will use versatile and completely adaptable methods for a variety of building configurations.
First, multiple home owners, developers, general contractors, and sub-contractors are expected to realize a quality, commitment and substantial savings in labour and material costs by using the company’s expertise and upmarket construction methods and systems. Applications include residential homes conventional and advanced structures, homes renovation, maintenance and planning. Aiming also to invade the commercial market represented in apartments and multiple complexes in the near future, as part of the company’s expected prosperous growth and business development plan.

Our Staff
Director – Joseph Wahba
Has extensive experience in construction, planning and project management. With his Engineer’s Australia accreditation, WA building practitioner valid certificate and strong technical background, Joseph has worked for more than 21 years in the building industry. Joseph brings knowledge to THWA by his sound experience in the construction management industry and his strong clients, suppliers and subcontractor’s network in WA.
Joseph’s prime role aside to the day to day general management is the site management and overall planning.

Director– Mak Youssef
Has extensive experience in construction, planning, project management and business development. With his Engineer’s Australia accreditation, WA building practitioner valid certificate and strong technical background, Mak has worked for more than 16 years in the building industry. Mak brings knowledge to THWA by his sound business management, planning and project management skills.
Mak’s prime role aside to the day to day general management is the technical, business development, estimation and scheduling.

Director – Jason Hong
Has extensive experience in Housing estimation and scheduling. With a strong sales background, Jason has worked through the last 10 years in various housing designs, pricing, suppliers outsourcing and deals negotiation, He brings knowledge of the Pricing and Ferrous supplier negotiation and wide network to the industry and has strong people and supplier’s network skills in WA.
Jason’s prime role aside to the day to day general management is Sales/Marketing, Client Liaison, Estimation and Jobs scheduling.
